• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Contains sexually explicit material, child exploitation material, or pornography
• Violates any local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
• Promotes pyramid schemes, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 active links. File uploads are limited to 10MB per image/GIF. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Preroll.link a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Preroll.link be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
